Founded in June 2005 by Daniel Grigsby as a one‑man operation building homes and tackling commercial renovations, Sunforest Building Company has grown into a full-service general contractor over the past 18 years. What began as a solo venture in Oregon, Ohio, is now a team of 17 professionals working across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. With roots firmly planted in community values and a focus on quality, we proudly support local businesses with commercial maintenance, renovations, rebuilds, and new construction.
